Week 42

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving!

🔬 Today marks the last day of cauliflower harvest!
This year’s late cauliflower has been some of the nicest we’ve ever seen — thanks to a new variety discovered by our R&D team.

🥬 Cabbage harvest continues in the field and should be finished by midweek. After that, we’ll transition to packaging our storage cabbage inventory.

Season Highlights:

  • 🌱 Strong start with healthy transplants and smooth early growth.

  • 🌤️ Great weather windows that helped optimize yield and quality.

  • 💪 Excellent teamwork and consistency across all crews.

  • 🧪 Promising results from new trial varieties (especially cauliflower!).

  • 🚜 Efficient field operations and steady improvements across all departments.

🤝 A sincere thank-you to our partners and buyers for your continued support and collaboration throughout the 2025 season. We’re proud to grow for you and look forward to an even stronger year in 2026.
